Evaluating our progress with star image

From our research into star image we have gained a greater understanding of how we want to position the artists. In the performance element, the band will provide support for the lead singer who will act as a classic frontman and will be happy. The Walls will be inspired by bands such as the Strokes and to some degree Oasis. For the younger lead singer we want to create a cute but empathetic feel. To get the image across from the younger actor we won't style their hair, and we will make it look messy to emphasise his rough upbringing. The older actor will be styled to look clean and tidy. By using close ups frequently we should easily be able to convey this message. The bands image is quite indie rock so we have asked them to wear casual clothing, jeans and a shirt for example, but suitable for the genre. A suitable colour scheme for this genre is black and white. The focal point of the band is indie style and the fact that the lead singer came from a rough background with nothing given to him.
